Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If applicant’s first-choice program is full, the application will automatically transferred to the second-choie program. 

All programs must have a minimum enrollment to run. If a program has low enrollment, the BSP will transfer students to another program or withdraw with a full refund. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 12 weeks or more in advance of the program start date, for any reasons, will receive a full 100% refund. For example, for the course that starts on Friday, September 11, the cancellation has to be made by Friday, June 19 to receive a full refund.

Cancellation made 8 weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a 25% refund and a 75% program credit that can be used for a future program. For example, for the course that starts on Friday, September 11, the cancellation has to be made by Friday, July 17 to receive a 25% refund and 75% a credit.

Cancellation made 4 weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a 10% refund. For example, for the course that starts on Friday, September 11, the cancellation has to be made by Friday, August 14 to receive a 10% refund.

Tuition will not be refunded for any missed days. There will be no refund for those who leave program early or join late. Payments are transferable to another person within the same program. All refund requests must be received in writing by emailing at bsp@bioscienceprogram.com Please allow us up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
